We are seeking a competent high calibre individual to join this prestigious organisation in a busy and varied role which will involve high level PA Support coupled with HR Administration. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience at PA level at senior level, ideally Board level.  Familiarity with the HR environment and the nature of the work and information managed is essential.

PA and HR Coordinator responsibilities include...

Day to Day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive support to the HR team and HR Advisors
  • Managing all HR Records, absence, annual leave
  • Preparing and Issuing Contracts of Employment
  • Day to day communication with both internal and external contacts regarding HR matters
  • PA support to the Senior Manager on site
  • Diary Management, travel arrangements, hotels etc as required
  • Support for event coordination and administration Producing general correspondence, reports and data as needed

Skills, attribute and experience sought:

  • High degree of competence across MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Highly confidential and discreet, comfortable dealing with sensitive and confidential information
  • Organised, efficient, able to manage own busy workload with conflicting priorities
  • Numeric, attentive to detail, careful and methodical
  • Team orientated, able to liaise with people at all levels and build rapport with ease
  • Flexible and willing attitude, positive team member
