Cathedral Appointments are seeking an Outbound Call Supervisor on behalf of a growing, yet well-established B2B supplier, situated between Exeter and Taunton. This is a newly created position and in my opinion a hugely exciting one, that also includes a competitive basic salary, commission, bonus and pension scheme

Outbound Call Supervisor responsibilities include...

  • Recruit, induct and train the Outbound Call Advisors to build the team
  • Identify prospective new business contacts; research to initiate contact for proactive selling
  • Reach your own personal targets as well as managing the Advisors to ensure they hit theirs
  • Report to the Customer Service Manager regarding call lists, targets and other data.

Applicants shall have comparable supervisory/management experience, ideally within an Outbound Call Team environment or similar.

Applicants shall have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding telephone sales targets, along with a hunger for hitting targets to earn commission.

  • Ability to build trust and demonstrate your integrity with both customers and colleagues alike.
  • Communication and motivation stills to direct the team, ensuring KPI’s are being met
