Cathedral Appointments is looking for a friendly, positive and outgoing Operations Co-ordinator/Receptionist to join our prestigious client based in the centre of Exeter. Our client is passionate about providing the highest quality of service to all of their customers and this is reflected by every member of the team. As the first contact with the company you will be highly professional and confident with the ability to manage enquiries from both new and existing clients and promote additional services where possible. This is a varied role in which you will be responsible for assisting the Business Manager with the day to day running and organisation of the business as well as some reception duties.

Operations Co-ordinator/Receptionist responsibilities include...

  • Manage all enquiries for potential new customers and send out welcome packs
  • Proactively market the business’ services to generate new business
  • Ensure the effective management of all bookings
  • Maintain the reception and client lounge ensuring a seamless customer journey
  • Monitor and maintain systems to create regular reports for the management team
  • Liaise with other members of the team to ensure that all policies, procedures and documentation are up-to-date
  • Monitor the performance of the team to ensure that performance targets are met
  • Liaise with sales and supplier reps as required and manage contracts Manage small projects as required 

Operations Co-ordinator/Receptionist requirements include...

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Dedicated to providing first class customer service with an empathetic approach
  • Able to spot sales opportunities and build trust with customers
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Good IT and typing skills
  • Experience within the medical industry desirable but not essential
