Our Exeter based, well established client are currently seeking an Operations Administrator to join their team on a maternity contract for a period of 12 months. The purpose of the role is to support the company and to ensure that stock requirements are maintained at all times, and that all stock adjustments and goods are received and processed quickly and efficiently. 

Operations Administrator – Maternity Cover responsibilities include...

  • Receiving and processing goods
  • Assisting with purchase orders and updates
  • Liaising with international client companies and company shipping agents
  • Assisting with stock adjustments
  • Providing inventory analysis on a monthly basis
  • Detailing freight analysis in schedules
  • Reconciling and monitoring stock in warehouses against records, and liaising with the customer service team
  • Updating the company system with new products 

Operations Administrator – Maternity Cover requirements include...

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role, however other admin backgrounds will also be considered. You should be confident, friendly and driven with excellent communication and organisation skills. Strong IT skills are vital including Mircrosoft Word and Excel. Experience working with SAP is beneficial although not essential.
