My client, an independent but growing business based just outside of Exeter are currently seeking a Sales/Operations Administrator to join their team for a minimum of 6 months to cover a maternity contract. This is a busy varied role providing administration support across a number of areas.

  • Managing all incoming enquiries via both email and telephone
  • Processing customer orders through the database
  • Receiving and entering invoices on to the system
  • Keeping track of and running sales figure reports

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with previous sales administration experience who is looking to gain a variety of skills. You should be confident, friendly and driven with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong IT skills are essential along with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
