Are you an experienced Office Manager who is used to working in busy office environments and are looking for a new career opportunity? Do you have a passion to help other people with diverse and complex needs? Our client is seeking an enthusiastic office manager to join their business based in Exeter. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running and management of the office. 

Office Manager responsibilities include...

  • To maintain and develop efficient and effective office systems in relation to both staff and service user information including:
    • Time sheets
    • Absence management
    • Staff rotas
    • Invoicing
    • Expenses
    • Payroll
  • Oversee financial / book-keeping information to ensure that the office is managed viable
  • Provide administrative support to the Area Manager, Service Managers, and Team Leaders on matters to include recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations
  • Oversee a safe and effective system for the storage, distribution, and recording of office based service user related records and finances
  • To audit and monitor all office-based records and systems
  • To prepare statistical information and reports on behalf of the Area Manager on a monthly basis in relation to HR, Health and Safety, and quality monitoring requirements
  • Prepare financial information and reports on behalf of the Area Manager
  • Key lead for health and safety within the Area office
  • Participate in the recruitment and induction administrative processes 

Office Manager requirements include...

Applicants should be bright and focused experienced office managers who are driven and reliable within in their work environment. Applicants must have at least 2 years of working in a busy financial / IT / administration office environment.
