My client, a rapidly growing business based in Exeter is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The main purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive admin support across a variety of departments, ensuring high levels of customer support are maintained at all times. 

Office Coordinator responsibilities include...

  • Responding to incoming customer enquiries via both email and telephone
  • Admin support to finance team including but not limited to Purchase orders and credit notes
  • Using excel to run stock level/sales reports
  • Credit notes
  • Processing customer orders on time and error free
  • General office admin
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Admin support to the marketing team
  • Ensuring health and safety documentation is up to date

Office Coordinator requirements include...

Previous office based experience is essential along with a good understanding of Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will be confident and organised with excellent customer service skills and a positive approach.
