We are currently seeking an experienced administrator/receptionist to join a leading law firm based in Exeter. This is a busy and varied role in which the successful candidate will be providing a general admin support across the business whilst ensuring that all external clients receive a 5* hospitality service. 

Office Assistant/Receptionist responsibilities include...

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors in a professional manner
  • Managing all meeting rooms including both the booking and setup of the rooms
  • File opening and helping to prepare bundles for fee earners
  • Electronic and paper based filing
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Ensuring general building and Health and Safety issues are reported

Hours are on a shift basis, working Monday to Friday either 8 – 4 or 10 – 6. 

Office Assistant/Receptionist requirements include...

Previous experience working within an office is essential ideally within a similar role however, other backgrounds will also be considered. Candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills along with the ability to multi task. They should be comfortable working both independently and as a team and have a flexible and proactive approach to work. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint.
