My client a leading law firm in the South West, are looking for an Office Assistant to join their team in Exeter on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to support the office manager in providing efficient and effective office support to internal and external customers.

Duties include:

  • Processing incoming and outgoing post
  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms
  • Processing and copying of records
  • Preparing documents
  • Ensuring the workplace adheres to Health and Safety requirements.

This is a fantastic opportunity for either a recent graduate/college leaver or a junior administrator who is looking to begin their career in Law.

The successful candidate will be liaising with all areas of the business and should therefore be confident in managing expectations of internal customers with regards to timescales. Other key skills for the role are being able to prioritise a busy workload, having excellent interpersonal skills and a positive approach.
