Cathedral Appointments are currently seeking an experienced administrator to join a small but well established business based on the outskirts of Exeter. This is a busy and varied role in which two days will never been the same. 

Office Administrator responsibilities include...

  • Providing admin support to MD
  • Being first port of call for incoming enquiries both via phone and in person.
  • Be able to answer queries on products, including price and recommendations.
  • Processing orders and entering invoices on Sage
  • Ensure database is accurate and up to date.
  • Send out email shots to customers and distributors
  • Send out monthly email shots to distributors.
  • Keep social media up to date.  
  • Do artwork for advertising, catalogues and other marketing material

Office Administrator requirements include...

The successful candidate will have previous office admin experience, ideally in a sales support function. They should be confident, proactive and happy working both in a team and on their own. Applicants should have excellent communication skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. 

Due to location, candidates must be able to drive and have access to a car.
