  • Be consultative and help clients to buy
  • Be organised around your own administration, client record keeping and reporting
  • Establish client needs and develop campaigns that work for them
  • Build value in the client’s mind around the media; it’s distribution and audience
  • Develop new business contacts and revenue opportunities constantly to achieve targets
  • Generate your own meetings over the phone

Media Sales Executive requirements include...

Having sales experience is essential (not necessarily in media) and local market knowledge in and around Exeter and mid Devon would be an advantage. You will be expected to…

  • Achieve individual target and contribute to the team target
  • Sell other services around design, video, distribution and contract publishing
  • Achieve call rates and meetings targets
  • Be thorough, professional and offer a high-quality customer service
  • Build and maintain client base
  • Be aware of competitors and compete against them effectively
