Cathedral Appointments are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our forward-thinking client based in East Devon. The purpose of this role is to support to the Marketing Manager in day-to-day activities and the delivery of the overall marketing strategy. The post holder will have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. 

Marketing Coordinator responsibilities include...

  • Create and coordinate the provision of both online and offline communications and marketing materials – this will include copywriting, editing and proof-reading
  • Create personalised email campaigns and print marketing materials
  • Liaise with other departments and external suppliers such as graphic designers & printers in relation to the above
  • Coordinate the development of the quarterly newsletter and oversee the delivery
  • Oversee maintenance of the website
  • Create press releases and seek out PR opportunities
  • Coordinate sponsors marketing and communications deliverables
  • Assist in event planning from concept to completion
  • Assist in the development of the marketing strategy and conduct research to identify new opportunities
  • Undertake general marketing admin duties and respond to enquiries

Marketing Coordinator requirements include...

  • Minimum one years’ marketing experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and good sense of humour
  • Proven administration skills
  • Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to work to multiple briefs
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Highly articulate, a flexible attitude and able to work under pressure
