We are recruiting a orgainsed and creative marketing professional to join a busy team in a Newton Abbot-based business during an exciting period of growth. The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Communications Manager, and will contribute to the development and implementation of effective marketing communication plans for a value-driven company who strive to enhance the well-being of young people. Due to the nature of the role, the ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, driven, and personable. This is a maternity cover contract role which is estimated to last between 6 and 9 months in duration. You will need to be available at relatively short notice.

Marketing Communications Co-ordinator responsibilities include...

  • Sourcing relevant social media campaign material
  • Writing content for social media campaigns and blogs
  • Developing, implementing, and managing the social media strategy
  • Contributing to the effective promotion of the company brand
  • Producing and evaluating campaigns using the businesses’ in-house digital e-marketing platform
  • Ability to project manage a wide variety of projects both on time and within budge

Marketing Communications Co-ordinator requirements include...

Candidates should have knowledge of e-marketing systems, ideally Campaign Monitor, and should be able to demonstrate success using digital marketing and social media tools.

Candidates should also have:

  • Experience in digital marketing including SEO
  • Experience of digital evaluation including Google analytics
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to write creatively using appropriate tone for a variety of different audiences, media platforms, and marketing campaigns
  • Good organisation, time management, and project management skills
  • Sound commercial awareness, and the ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic and evolving environment.
