Marketing and Events Coordinator

Cathedral Appointments is looking for a passionate Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our successful client based in Taunton. The role will involve working directly with the Marketing and Communication Manager to deliver a range of company events in Taunton as well as traveling to other offices and various event locations, so being a driver is essential. The post holder will also be responsible for producing a variety of marketing materials including adverts and articles. 

Marketing and Events Coordinator responsibilities include...

  • Develop and organise business and marketing events
  • Play a key role in the administration of the website, digital channels, newsletters and database
  • Deliver first rate customer service to customers and clients
  • Working closely with the Marketing Administrator
  • Analyse the effectiveness and value that events bring to the company
  • Attend all events for the company which could be either early morning or evening events 

Marketing and Events Coordinator requirements include...

  • An absolute passion for delivering engaging events is a must
  • Have a solid understanding of the marketing matrix 
  • Strong project management skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-starter who is also happy working as part of a team
  • Own car is required as you will need to travel to various events 
  • Ideally hold a degree in Marketing or Events Management

They will also be happy to develop all marketing materials in relation to business events.
