Marketing Administrator - An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic marketing administrator to join a Launceston-based business. The main purpose of the role is to provide marketing support to the company’s Head of Brand and Communications, helping to implement marketing activities. 

Marketing Administrator responsibilities include...

  • To create a weekly news bulletin for internal employees
  • To assistant with the execution and distribution of stakeholder communications
  • To assist with the maintenance of Social Media channels and company website
  • To assist with the creation of case studies for marketing and P.R. purposes
  • To conduct research regarding customer and competitor activity and trends
  • To produce a weekly and monthly marketing metric report
  • To develop and maintain a company image library
  • To locate events and awards for the company to attend
  • To assist with the organisation of events and exhibitions including venues, speakers, logistics, and marketing materials
  • To manage stock control of marketing-related materials 

Marketing Administrator requirements include...

The ideal Marketing Administrator:

  • Strong admin or marketing administration experience
  • Experience of developing and maintaining social media channels.
  • Good MS office skills
  • The ability to manage and prioritise and plan a busy workload using a logical approach
  • Good decision making and judgment skills
  • An excellent telephone manner and customer focus skills with the ability to interact with a variety of people on all levels
  • Business writing skills and an eye for detail
