We are looking for a bright administrator to join a rapidly growing business in Newton Abbot. This is a brand-new position within the company and is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company in their field. You will be working with leading international brands and will provide admin support to the Distribution/Logistics department. 

Ideally suited to a recent Graduate or an experienced administrator you will have excellent excel and organisational skills and will show excellent attention to detail. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that all orders are manufactured and shipped as per customer orders to arranged timescales. 

Logistics Administrator responsibilities include...

  • Liasising with customers such as argos to book in deliveries
  • Using excel to monitor when and where orders have been shipped to
  • Collating all shipping documentation, ensuring it matches the relevant orders
  • Monitoring shipping to ensure orders are on time and accurate and informing customers of any potential delays
  • Running reports and tracking all orders on excel
  • Other administration duties as required

Logistics Administrator requirements include...

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Previous experience within administration would be ideal but not essential
  • The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work well within a team
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C and above, including English and Maths
