We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a well-established, prestigious law firm in Totnes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge and also to potentially expand their current skill-set within Conveyancing.

Legal Secretary (Conveyancing) responsibilities include...

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • -Supporting two senior fee earners in relation to their caseloads, this will involve; audio typing, filing, arranging appointments, assisting with exchanges and completions
  • -Answering the telephone in relation to enquiries and either directing the call appropriately, or taking detailed messages

Legal Secretary (Conveyancing) requirements include...

Background/Skills:

  • -Audio/Copy typing experience, ideally with speeds of 65wpm upwards
  • -You will be highly organised, with exceptional communication skills
  • -Conveyancing experience is desirable, but is not essential
