We are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join the Family department of a well-established, regional Law firm situated in Kingsbridge.

Legal Secretary responsibilities include...

-Audio/Copy typing

- Assisting the fee earners with collating documents and their filing

- Answering the telephone and either directing the call accordingly, or taking accurate detailed messages and relaying this to the correct person in a timely manner
- Making appointments and arranging meeting


Legal Secretary requirements include...

  • -A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary
  • -Audio/Copy typing experience, ideally with speeds of 60wpm plus
  • -You will be highly organised, with exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a professional, confident manner
  • -You will have excellent IT skills; including the use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook

Our client requires someone who has previous experience working as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Family law, but this is not essential.
