  • Develop strong business relationships and a deep understanding of customers
  • Be able to proactively manage clients and develop an understanding of their upcoming needs
  • Ensuring technical competence to understand customers requirements
  • Lead account team meeting and customer analysis
  • Provide feedback of market intelligence and information to key stakeholders
