A leading and long established provider of IT, Mobile and Communications solutions, services and training are seeking an Account Manager for a non-technical sales role to develop sales of product sets across all departments. The Account Manager will keep up to date with all the latest technologies and services and will be able to articulate the benefits of value added solutions.

Account Manager responsibilities include...

  • Build knowledge of exiting v=customer database and align their requirements to products and services
  • Ensure all pre-sales preparation is completed to the highest standard to deliver the best clients pitches
  • Ensure all documentation and processes are completed to a high standard
  • Support the culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure customers are on-boarded according to best practice
  • Ability to make decisions based upon understanding of technical and financial information
