Internal Account Manager | Telecoms responsibilities include...

  • Work closely with the Account lead to understand the Account strategy
  • Produce customer proposals to win new business with existing prospects
  • Contribute to revenue and profit expectations by achieving engagement and KPI targets
  • Build a network of contacts across accounts to generate internal referrals
  • Updates Salesforce to keep with all appropriate information
  • Having experience working in the IT or telecoms sectors would be a distinct advantage.

  • Previous sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and face to face
  • Be commercially aware
  • Have a demonstrable record in client management and retention
