Interim Senior HR Generalist - Cathedral appointments have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a world-leading company based in Devon on a fixed term contract.  This is a varied and busy role, requiring a flexible, experienced and organised HR generalist.

Interim Senior HR Generalist (3 months FTC) responsibilities include...

  • Responding to general employee relation issues
  • Employee engagement through partnering with business leaders, employees, and employee representatives
  • Ensuring the maintenance of HR systems, tracking spreadsheets, and compiling reports
  • Overseeing all aspects of employment documentation
  • Responsible for temporary and permanent recruitment
  • Implementing HR processes by partnering with HR organisations, and ensuring compliance with UK legislation and the company’s policies and procedures

Interim Senior HR Generalist (3 months FTC) requirements include...

  • Degree level educated and CIPD qualified
  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role ideally manufacturing or engineering
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence
  • Good knowledge of UK employment and health and safety legislation
  • Strong MS Office and HR systems experience 

This is a great opportunity for a human resources professional to join a world-leading company as Senior HR Generalist for their Devon offices.
