HR Manager – immediate start for an experienced HR Manager to cover a 9 month FTC maternity contract for an Exeter based organisation.  

Human Resources Manager (FTC) responsibilities include...

·         Ensure that all people management policies are developed and implemented consistently across the group companies. 

·         Provision of HR support and guidance to all levels of employee.

·         Contribute to the professional development of managers as appropriate to enable them to effectively undertake their employee relations responsibilities.

·         Manage the provision of HR administration and data maintenance and ensure working time information is input to the HR and Payroll system to enable wages to be paid accurately and on time.

·         Work with the senior teams and communications managers to ensure effective and efficient staff communication and consultation.

·         To manage and develop the HR team so that the service provided is of the highest quality and appropriate to the needs of the businesses. 

·         To constantly review internal HR processes so that the service is considered responsive, easy to use and value for money.

·         To undertake HR project work as required.       

Human Resources Manager (FTC) requirements include...

·         Previous senior generalist HR experience.

·         People management experience.

·         Up to date and thorough knowledge of current UK employment legislation.

·         Confident, self motivated and credible.

·         Experience of working with HR databases and producing reports

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Manager who is looking to extend their portfolio of industry experience.  Please note there is occasional travel to other UK sites so flexibility is required.  If you are available to undertake a 9 month FTC, please contact me asap.  My client is looking to appoint at short notice.
