Our client, a professional services business based in Exeter, are looking for an HR Assistant to join their team.

HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT responsibilities include...

Supporting the HR Advisors, core responsibilities will include:

  • -Assisting with the ongoing implementation and management of the HR system including maintenance of records, production of standard letters, development and production of management reports and administering exit interviews and analysis questionnaires
  • -Supporting the HR Advisors in providing advice and guidance to staff on HR practice and policies and procedures
  • -Supporting on recruitment campaigns including inductions and administration
  • -Ensuring necessary information and administration undertaken to meet quality standards including Investors in People
  • -Arranging of meetings, appointments and interviews as required

HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT requirements include...

Candidates should ideally have previous experience within an HR based role, ideally at Assistant level. A strong IT literacy is essential for the role as are professional communication skills and the ability to work on their own initiative. A relevant qualification such as the Certificate in Personnel Practice would be advantageous but not essential.
