Human Resources Administrator required on a part time basis for a leading financial services company in Plymouth. As Human Resources Administrator, your role will be to provide effective administrative support to the Human Resources team whilst keeping up to date with relevant legislation and procedures. The client is looking for a person with experience in Human Resources in a regulated industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of employment law.

Human Resources Administrator responsibilities include...

  • Effective management of the HR database and record systems
  • Communicating effectively both by telephone, letter and e-mail
  • Administration of maternity and paternity processes, learning courses and acquisition activity
  • Achieving regular deadlines throughout the year
  • Project work as and when required

Human Resources Administrator requirements include...

  • HR experience in a regulated industry
  • Ability to use HR systems
  • Microsoft Office ability
  • Ability to hit deadlines with a keen eye for detail
  • Ideally a proven understanding of employment law
