Are you looking to kick-start your HR career? Our Exeter-based client is seeking a highly orgainsed individual to support their HR team. The successful candidate will provide a high-level HR administrative service covering all aspects of the HR function. The main purpose of the role is to apply appropriate procedures and systems, and to ensure that personal files and relevant records are accurately maintained. 

HR/Team Administrator (3 month contract) responsibilities include...

  •  Providing an excellent administrative service to the HR team
  • Producing all HR-related correspondence including amendments to contracts and references
  • Responding to internal and external contacts using excellent interpersonal skills, and monitoring follow-up actions
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks
  • Ensuring that telephone calls are responded to professionally, efficiently, and in a timely manner
  • Organising travel arrangements and hotel bookings
  • Keeping an organized and accurate filing system
  • Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
