HR Manager – A brand new vacancy for an experienced HR Manager to work for an established professional services business. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role will be split between their St Austell and Truro offices, with occasional travel to the Exeter office when required.

HR Manager responsibilities include...

  • To provide a high quality HR service to employees and senior stakeholders
  • To manage the recruitment and selection process
  • To oversee talent management
  • To manage employee relations issues
  • To develop well being and employment engagement initiatives 

HR Manager requirements include...

  • Full or part CIPD qualified
  • Previous experience of working at HR Manager or looking for next level up
  • Ideally experience of working for a professional services organisation
  • Experience of managing or supporting the whole HR mix
  • An up to date understanding of employment law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
