My client is seeking a competent and capable administrator to join their HR team in a varied and busy role. The ideal candidate will come from a paralegal or legal background, or perhaps have a Law Degree as the nature of the role involves dealing with contract principles, document management, and employment law. A keen interest in HR would also be a distinct advantage, although the key requirement is for a really capable and efficient administrator.

This role is for a fixed term to start in early September until 31st March 2017. 

HR Contract Administrator - FTC to April 2017 responsibilities include...

·         Providing administrative support, and information relating to policies and procedures for employees

·         Provide contract management and admin support to the Contracts Manager and Commercial Teams

·         Maintain up to date and accurate records of the HR system

·         Ensure commercial contracts are recorded accurately within the CRM system

·         Keep an accurate log of all admin processes relating to staff and contractor recruitment, including authorisation paperwork, references, qualifications, starter forms and Proof of Right to Work documents

HR Contract Administrator - FTC to April 2017 requirements include...

Candidates must have obtained a grade C or above in both Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent), be competent users of Word, Outlook, Excel and ideally CRM and HR Systems. You will be smart, professional, personable, friendly and outgoing, and able to communicate at all levels. Confidentiality and discretion are key to the sensitive nature of the some of the documents.
