We are seeking a career minded HR Professional who is ready to step into a HR Business Partnering position. The successful candidate will already have extensive commercial HR experience gained at HR Advisor level or above, and will be hungry to take on a more strategic partnering role within a commercial business. You will be responsible for providing high level HR Support across this fast paced and demanding organisation, developing and delivering the HR strategy.

Very much a generalist role, you will be working with stakeholders supporting a diverse and varied people and employee service. We are looking for an individual who is able to work within a fast moving and ever evolving organisation, and who will embrace the challenges that naturally come with this culture.

HR Business Partner responsibilities include...

Key responsibilities for the HRBP role:

  • Dealing with complex confidential and often sensitive ER issues
  • Providing day to day support to line managers in all areas of ER to include disciplinary, grievance, performance, redundancy and absence management
  • Forge strong relationships across the business and at all
  • Solutions orientated, able to provide effective and innovative solutions
  • Responsible for your own projects working within timeline and budget
  • Drive and deliver the wider HR strategy to support the needs of the business
  • Seek positive solutions to ER issues, ideally without the need for formal process
  • Adhere to and observe HR policy and procedure at all times
  • Provide positive, forward thinking and team orientated ideas and contributions to the overall HR function

HR Business Partner requirements include...

HR Business Partner skills and experience required:

  • A strong background as a HR Generalist, as a HR Advisor HR Manager or perhaps with some business partnering exposure
  • Skilled at supporting, coaching and advising managers on a wide range of staffing, people and employee relations matters
  • CIPD qualifications are not essential however an update to date working knowledge of Employment Law is essential
  • Proactive, dynamic, ambitious
  • A first class communicator, an influencer and engager
