Cathedral Appointments are seeking an experience HRBP HR Business Partner to join this fast paced and rapidly evolving HR Function. The business has been undergoing a period of change to a Business Partnering model, and as such they are seeking individuals with strong organisational development skills and experience, coupled with the core operational knowledge for the day to day transactional HR responsibilities.

The initial requirement is for an Interim for 3 – 4 months, however it is anticipated that there will be a need for permanent and / or contract appointments and we would actively encourage applications from candidates seeking a longer term or permanent opportunity as well.

HR Business Partner & OD (Contract/Interim/Permanent) responsibilities include...

  • Deliver professional HR & OD advise to managers across the business
  • Manage, develop and implement HR projects in support of the operational objectives
  • Provide creative solutions and professional HR advice and guidance as required
  • Lead, manage and deliver the people aspects of the change programmes on line with the strategic vision of the business
  • Develop and maintain effective business partnership relationships across the business
  • Become an expert lead on a HR Specialism in line with specialist skills and experience according to the needs and strengths of the team

HR Business Partner & OD (Contract/Interim/Permanent) requirements include...

We are seeking an individual with demonstrable HR Generalist experience, an up to date and in-depth knowledge of current Employment Law and Employee Relations.

The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified, and have an understanding of organisational development and workforce planning. The ability to work under pressure, take a pragmatic approach, make decisions when necessary and to remain hands on are all essentials requirements.
