HR Business Partner - Cathedral appointments are seeking an exceptional HR Business Partner to join a fast paced, and value-driven business who are in an exciting period of growth. The role requires an HR Business Partner with a drive to develop and deliver a robust growth strategy that will “future-proof” the business and drive capability and culture.  My client is a fast-changing organisation that are known for attracting, developing and retaining the best and brightest talent and are recognised as an employer of choice in their sector.

HR Business Partner responsibilities include...

  • HR lead for a range of commercial and people projects across the board
  • Responsible for organisational design and change management
  • Work with the business to drive and embed an engaging, high performing culture with behaviours aligned with company values
  • Stakeholder management through coaching and guidance
  • Driving talent acquisition, developing creative talent acquisition strategies, and developing internal talent: understanding current and future talent gaps across the business
  • Managing the recruitment selection processes
  • Working alongside the management team to guide learning and development strategies and solutions

HR Business Partner requirements include...

  • Degree educated with CIPD or other related post-graduate qualification
  • Proven track record in the design and maintenance of people initiatives that have improved business growth and performance
  • Able to demonstrate strategic level HR Business Partner experience and a thorough understanding of business goals and objectives
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build quick and excellent relationships
  • Ability to influence individuals and drive change
  • Excellent facilitation, leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage priorities and workload, an eagerness to contribute on multiple levels and make timely decisions
  • A proactive self-starter who continually looks for creative opportunities for improvement
  • Digitally savvy, with good knowledge of IT systems and Online Talent and Learning Management Systems
