HR Business Partner - Cathedral appointments are seeking an HR business partner with a passion to place Exeter on the map as a leading region of sustainable energy production. We are looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner to join a fast paced, and value-driven business who are in an exciting period of growth. The role requires an individual with a drive to develop and deliver a robust growth strategy that will “future-proof” the business. 

HR Business Partner responsibilities include...

  • HR lead for a range of commercial and people projects across the board
  • Responsible for organisational design and change management
  • Work with the business to drive and embed an engaging, high performing culture with behaviours aligned with company values
  • Stakeholder management through coaching and guidance
  • Driving talent acquisition, developing creative talent acquisition strategies, and developing internal talent: understanding current and future talent gaps across the business
  • Managing the recruitment selection processes
  • Working alongside the management team to guide learning and development strategies and solutions

HR Business Partner requirements include...

  • Degree educated with CIPD or other related post-graduate qualification
  • Proven track record in the design and maintenance of people initiatives that have improved business growth and performance
  • Able to demonstrate strategic level HR business partner experience and a thorough understanding of business goals and objectives
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build quick and excellent relationships
  • Ability to influence individuals and drive change
  • Excellent facilitation, leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage priorities and workload, an eagerness to contribute on multiple levels and make timely decisions
  • A proactive self-starter who continually looks for creative opportunities for improvement
  • Digitally savvy, with good knowledge of IT systems and Online Talent and Learning Management Systems
