A fantastic opportunity for a competent and experienced administrator to join this progressive and professional firm based in Yeovil.

Very much an administrative led role, you will be responsible for providing a first class support service to the HR Team and the business, whilst developing your own skills and knowledge as you progress. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your career within HR and to potentially study for HR qualifications with support from the company.

HR Assistant responsibilities include...

·         All HR Administration in support of the team

·         Recording and monitoring absence and sickness levels

·         Recording Annual Leave requests and entitlements

·         Issuing correspondence and communications on behalf of the business

·         Preparing offer letters and contracts for issue

·         Supporting the business in recruitment matters

·         Potentially processing payroll using Sage Payroll

HR Assistant requirements include...

The successful candidate will be energetic, tenacious and self-motivated, and seeking a fast paced role in a busy and dynamic setting. Naturally client focused, you will possess first class communication abilities and interpersonal skills. The ability to be discreet and manage sensitive matters is essential, coupled with being able to balance empathy with meeting the needs of the business.

We invite applications from candidates who can demonstrate excellent IT skills across MS Office. You will be highly organised and be capable of managing your workload to meet multiple deadlines without compromising the quality of your work or service.

Knowledge of Sage Payroll would be of particular interest, as would strong HR Administration experience.
