We are looking for a long term temporary HR Advisor for our client based in Exeter. The successful candidate will be CIPD Qualified, and have extensive generalist experience to include the following areas:

  • Experienced in dealing with grievances, disciplinary
  • Accustomed to working with own case load
  • Sickness monitoring and reporting, return to work policy
  • Supporting managers across the business in all areas of employee relations
  • Conflict management and issue resolution
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Working with HR Systems

Very much a team position, you will be able to demonstrate a flexible and willing approach to your workload, and will have the skills and experience required to be effective from the outset. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with both internal and external contacts at all levels. Organised and efficient, you will be adept at managing a busy workload and adapting to time sensitive deadlines.

You must be available to commence work on a temporary basis as soon as possible and to be able to commit to a long term assignment.
