We're seeking an experienced HR Advisor to work within a dedicated and busy team of HR professionals.  Reporting to the SMT, you will be responsible for providing a first class generalist HR service to the business.

HR Advisor responsibilities include...

The role:-

·         Working closely with the management team in all aspects of the HR Service across the company

·         Supporting the talent acquisition strategy of the business, managing the recruitment for senior appointments

·         Provide advice and guidance in relation to all HR related matters and the firm’s policies and procedures, working closely with line managers

·         To operate as a HR business partner to the designated areas of the business, understanding all aspects of the HR resourcing requirements and assisting those line managers in the delivery of their business plans  

HR Advisor requirements include...

About you

·         A minimum of 12 months HR Advisor level experience and ready to step into a more senior generalist position

·         Confident and articulate when dealing with stakeholders within the organisation

·         An up to date and comprehensive knowledge of employment law

·         A CIPD qualification or willingness to study is highly desirable

·         A confident communicator is a prerequisite - the ability to engage with employees and line managers is essential; you will be passionate about HR and helping managers make the best decisions possible

·         Plenty of drive, energy and enthusiasm. Ambitious, professional, career minded
