  • Creating a talent pipeline
  • Production of people metrics 

HR Advisor 12 month FTC requirements include...

Responsibilities and requirements for this role:

  • To understand the business stream, and the challenges they face, providing a business partnering approach to HR
  • The ability to resolve complex issues without recourse to formal policies and procedures
  • Proactively support and progress  complex cases
  • Excellent working knowledge of employment law and best practice
  • Guide line managers in the communication and delivery of organisational change including restructure, redundancy and TUPE
  • Understand and consider the impact of change on staff morale ensuring effective implementation of new structures
  •  Authorising and preparing legal and contractual documentation
  • Developing and maintaining meaningful staff consultation and communication

The successful candidate will be CIPD Qualified with considerable post qualification experience across the HR function, be comfortable working independently ideally within a large employer. The ability to translate your knowledge and skills into practical advice and solutions is essential, as is the ability to lead improvement and change in HR Service delivery.
