HR Advisor – are you an experienced HR Advisor looking to progress your career and join a leading south west employer?  We'd love to hear from you.

We're seeking an experienced HR Advisor to work within a dedicated and busy team of HR professionals.  Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for providing a first class generalist HR service to managers and staff.

HR Advisor responsibilities include...

·         To assist the Head of HR in all aspects of the core HR activities across the firm and in the achievement of the HR critical success factors as agreed by the Partnership

·         To lead and provide advice and guidance in relation to all HR related matters and the firm’s policies and procedures, working closely with line managers

·         To operate as a HR business partner to the designated areas of the business, understanding all aspects of the HR resourcing requirements and assisting those line managers in the delivery of their business plans  

HR Advisor requirements include...

·         We're seeking someone with previous HR experience gained from a commercial environment at HR Advisor level or someone ready for that next step up

·         Confident and credible at dealing with managers/employees all levels.

·         An excellent knowledge of employment law.

·         A CIPD qualification or willingness to study is highly desirable.

·         Full driving license and be willing to travel to other office locations.

·         The ability to engage with employees and line managers is essential; you will be passionate about HR and helping managers make the best decisions possible.

·         Plenty of drive, energy and enthusiasm.
