My client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join them for a 6 month temporary contract, to start as soon as possible.

HR Advisor responsibilities include...

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance and support to line managers and employees ensuring adherence to HR Policy and Procedure
  • Support managers to address and resolve conflict and issues at an early stage by providing advice and guidance
  • Assist line managers with employee relations matters, working with staff, staff council and trade union representatives where appropriate
  • Working with the managers on the sickness and absence process, monitoring absence, initiating ‘return to work’ interview where necessary
  • Provide guidance and support to line managers and employees on occupational health issues, including liaison of OH on individual cases
  • Be a proactive and positive member of the HR Team, Supporting the Head of HR and HR Manager as required to meet the business objectives

HR Advisor requirements include...

Ideally CIPD Qualified, or part qualified and working towards qualification, individual with extensive generalist experience is required for this demanding and fast paced team setting. The successful candidate will have extensive case management experience, and be comfortable taking on this type of work load.
