My client, an international organisation with offices in Exeter are actively seeking an experienced administrator to join their team on a 6 month contract basis. The main purpose of the role is to provide admin support to the HR team, therefore an interest in HR would be beneficial.

  • Providing administrative support, and information relating to policies and procedures for employees
  • Provide contract management and admin support to the Contracts Manager and Commercial Teams
  • Maintain up to date and accurate records of the HR system
  • Ensure commercial contracts are recorded accurately within the CRM system
  • Keep an accurate log of all admin processes relating to staff and contractor recruitment, including authorisation paperwork, references, qualifications, starter forms and Proof of Right to Work documents

Previous admin experience within an office environment is essential along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Previous experience within HR would be advantageous but not essential.
