Cathedral Appointments are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join a leading Exeter employer on a permanent basis. This is a busy role providing admin support across a busy HR team. 

HR Administrator responsibilities include...

  • General Administration – writing meeting minutes, maintaining the database, respond to general correspondence, updating job descriptions
  • Supporting the recruitment process – advertising vacancies, respond to applicant queries, assist with interviews, produce offer letters
  • Keep track of absences and holidays
  • Updating staff records

HR Administrator requirements include...

Previous experience working within HR would be beneficial however, it is not essential. Candidates should have previous admin experience in an office environment, a positive approach to work and a desire to develop a career in HR. Good IT skills are essential, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
