My client, a leading Exeter employer are currently seeking an administrator to join their expanding HR team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator or recent graduate who is looking to begin a career in HR.

HR Administrator responsibilities include...

  •  Managing the referencing process, ensuring that all new and existing employees have references on file
  • Maintaining sickness logs and highlighting any areas of concern
  • Monitoring HR processes to ensure all records are up to date; such as Maternity leave, probation and car parking
  • Being the first port of call for visitors and general enquiries, passing on information to the relevant departments
  • Provide general admin support to the rest of the team

HR Administrator requirements include...

Previous admin experience would be ideal, although recent graduates or college leavers would also be considered. A good understanding of Microsoft office packages is essential along with a positive and proactive approach to work. Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to prioritise and busy workload.
