Our client, a professional services business, based in Honiton are looking to recruit an HR Administrator to join their established team

HR ADMINISTRATOR responsibilities include...

Supporting the HR Manager, core responsibilities will include:

  • Absence monitoring and recording
  • Administration of the recruitment process including arranging interviews and liaison with agencies, preparing job offer letters contracts and description and arranging induction programmes and training
  • Minute taking at relevant meetings
  • Maintenance of the HR software including production of weekly, monthly and annual reports
  • Administration of voucher schemes
  • Overseeing the administration of temporary staff including payment of invoices
  • Management of personnel files including file creation, updating and closure

HR ADMINISTRATOR requirements include...

The successful candidate should be able to display excellent administrative and typing skills along with a strong eye for attention to detail. Whilst previous HR administration experience would be advantageous, it is not essential.
