Head of Client Services

Head of Client Services required by our award-winning client who provide high quality data and communication services to businesses across the UK and internationally. As Head of Clients Services, you will be responsible for the account management of some of their largest client accounts, focusing on campaign management and digital communication. Supported by the account management team, your focus will be to strategically develop these accounts against company targets.

Head of Client Services responsibilities include...

  • Leading and managing the account management team, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
  • Liaising closely with existing clients at a senior level, promoting the expansion of the business.
  • Overseeing the workflow and prioritisation of projects across the team in line with the overall business strategy.
  • Providing clients with an in-depth understanding of data to assist them with developing customer engagement strategies.
  • Liaising closely with internal teams to ensure projects are achieved.

Head of Client Services requirements include...

  • At least 4 years’ experience of managing senior client services in a similar commercial environment.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to work in a faced paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker able to develop client strategy.
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • You will have the ability to think creatively and to identify solutions and opportunities beyond the obvious.
  • Effective communication skills are essential along with the ability to influence others.
  • You will be commercially focused and a self-starter with natural leadership skills.
