Head of Business Development – Brand new opportunity within a growing and dynamic regional law firm. This exciting position will work closely with the Managing Partner on the design and delivery of their strategic business plan.

Head of Business Development responsibilities include...

  • Marketing lead, you will work to identify areas of potential growth and trends to form the basis of strong PR (using PR agencies when necessary) and create a targeted and active strategy to raise the profile of the Firm’s services.
  • You will work actively on business development initiatives and client retention programmes, engaging with Partners and Associates to ensure they are following up leads generated from marketing activity and coaching them on tactics to improve their conversion rate.
  • Create compelling new business proposals, presentations, and marketing material, coaching legal advisors through the scoping, pitching and follow-up phases of the tender process.
  • Produce eye-catching, brand-consistent marketing material
  • Enhancing the strong external profile of the Firm’s services, products and legal advisors via PR, legal directories, website and social media

Head of Business Development requirements include...

  • Proven ability to build and nurture strong internal and external relationships in order to implement change and make things happen.
