A leading distributor of premium products is looking for a graduate/sales administrator to join their established team on a permanent basis. This organisation is based in Wellington and prides itself on the strength of the relationships that they have built with customers and suppliers alike.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support across the office with particular focus supporting the sales and customer service teams. You will be required to build relationships both internally and externally, ensuring that customers’ requirements are understood and the correct products are recommended to suit their needs.

Graduate/Sales Administrator responsibilities include...

  • To act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and orders
  • Accurately inputting data and updating customer databases.
  • Advise on and send out samples
  • Advising customers on delivery times
  • Provide general product and pricing information to customers
  • General sales administration tasks

Graduate/Sales Administrator requirements include...

Candidates interested in the role will ideally have previous office based admin/customer service experience along with first class communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are of the utmost importance along with a proactive and flexible approach.
