I am recruiting for a small firm of Financial Advisors based in Teignmouth who are looking for additional administration support due to expansion. This is an exciting opportunity for a Financial Services Administrator who is looking for a supporting role within a growing business.

Financial Services Administrator responsibilities include...

Responsibilities of the roles will include:

  • To support my clients team of Financial Advisors
  • The use of word, Excel and outlook for client correspondence, reports, queries, research and preparation
  • To answer telephone queries
  • To assist with clients, face to face when required, including any client that come into the business
  • To assist with incoming and outgoing post
  • General office administration 

Financial Services Administrator requirements include...

Requirements of the role include:

  • Experience in the financial/professional services/banking industry would be advantageous, but not essential
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal staff, clients and providers Able to work independently as well as part of team
