I am recruiting for a small firm of Financial Advisors based in Exeter City Centre who are looking to expand their admin team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Financial Services Administrator working in an industry which is undergoing extensive changes.

Financial Services Administrator (JM107) responsibilities include...

  • To support my clients team of Financial Advisers
  • The use of word, Excel and outlook for client correspondence, queries, research and preparation
  • To answer telephone queries
  • To assist with clients, face to face when required, including any client that come into the business
  • To assist with incoming and outgoing post
  • General office administration 

Financial Services Administrator (JM107) requirements include...

  • Experience in the financial industry would be advantageous
  • Experience of Intelligent Office would also be beneficial
  • An excellent administrator who possesses very good computer skills particularly Word and Excel
  • The ability to type using digital dictation
  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal staff, clients and providers
  • Able to work independently as well as part of team

My client is situated in the heart of Exeter City Centre and offers a great working environment. This role is Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch. I would like to hear from any Financial Services Administrators who might be interested in an opportunity like this!
