I am currently recruiting for a part-time Financial Planning Administrator to join my clients Financial Planning department based in Taunton. This role is permanent and full-time, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to consultants, you will ensure all client information is entered onto the Client Database system, dealing with enquiries, dictation, preparation of client valuations and reviews and processing and tracking new business. 

Financial Planning Administrator JM112 responsibilities include...

Key Accountabilities will include: 

·         To enter details onto the Client Database system and ensure they are kept up to date and accurate

·         To process New business applications, tracking on a diary system

·         To provide office support via the telephone, post and other correspondence

·         To communicate with clients, taking messages and setting up meetings as required

·         Daily review of the work in progress list, keeping the consultant up to date on progress

·         Scanning and filing all relevant documents and paperwork to the system

·         To cover colleagues when necessary

·         To maintain spreadsheets to record business progress

Financial Planning Administrator JM112 requirements include...

Key experience, skills and attributes will include: 

·         Previous experience in a Financial Planning role

·         Previous experience of using Advisor Office (Avelo/Iress) client database/back office system

·         Client care and service focused

·         Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team

·         Strong level of IT skills including Microsoft Office

·         Previous experience of using a paperless office system

·         Previous experience of using a client database/back office system
