Fantastic opportunity for a Finance Assistant working in beautiful Kingsbridge. Working within my client’s finance and business management team, this function plays a fundamental part in the success of the organisation.

Finance Assistant responsibilities include...

·         Cash management responsibilities including receipts, banking, advances, and safe administration

·         Sales ledger – including invoice processing and credit management

·         Purchase ledger invoice processing

·         Payment processing including bacs and cheques

·         Stock taking

·         Order processing

·         Ad-hoc administration and accounting responsibilities

Finance Assistant requirements include...

·         An experienced Finance Assistant/Accounts Assistant

·         Strong IT skills and experience, including MS Office, Excel and Word

·         AAT qualified would be beneficial

·         Strong interpersonal skills

·         A team player, organised and methodical
