Cathedral Appointments are seeking a French-speaking Customer Services Advisor to join a reputable business on the outskirts of Exeter. Reporting to the Export Customer Services Manager, the primary aim of this role is to offer excellent service to our client’s overseas customers.

Export Customer Service Administrator - French Speaking responsibilities include...

  • Working as part of a team to be responsible for looking after export customers, focusing on the French and Irish markets.
  • Prompt, accurate handling of customer calls, including provision of technical information, availability, shipping details and pricing.
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer emails.
  • Responsible for the accurate inputting of orders, freight and shipping data, producing despatch notes and liaison with the warehouses and other departments such as credit control and stock.
  • Some translation and proof work may be required.

Export Customer Service Administrator - French Speaking requirements include...

  • Fluent French and English Speaker (essential)
  • Experience of working in an export role is desirable, although not essential.
  • Proven excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Excellent confident verbal communication skills.
  • Numerate with accurate attention to detail, including ability to accurately enter data.
  • Knowledge of excel, internet and email systems.
  • Ability to work independently, using own initiative and in a calm and methodical way. Able to use a variety of databases to source information.
